I'm serious on losing weight and I really wanna shed off 4kg!!
Im toooooo conscious on how I look and I don't wanna grow fat fat fat, so I have have have to lose some weight!!!
OK for those that don't know me, many would say.... "what fat is there to lose???" but I would say, there's definitely areas where I'm targeting, such as the TWO MAJOR T's - thigh and tummy!!
And in that process, weight must go off too!
Alright, so today's just a post I'm sharing after reading through some webbies.
FRUIT INFUSED WATER!!!
I do believe that water is a MUST MUST in our daily dosage, but to get the extra vitamins and effects of fruits, no harm adding them to your water and get more benefits right?!
Tried the lime, orange and lemon before but FYI it's very sour and do not take too much especially on empty stomach or it'll be too acidic for your stomach!!
Take note especially for those with gastric yea??!
