Online shopping spree!

Did some online shopping and found this webbie!

www.shopfashmob.com

Bought a dress and top and it was awesome!
Quality was good,  not like those thin poor material.
Worth a try a shops like Love Bonito and Klarra seem kinda overrated and always on backorders.

Go try!

Scooooooooooot away!!!!

Promo time!!!!

sundays are always the best.

Sunday's are always the best for having ME-time!!
And that's what today was for me.
It was a long day filled with baking, cooking and shopping and yet I still felt more Happy then tired:))

I've been baking/cooking every weekend and every week's a different menu! I'll share with u previous weekend cookouts later.
So what was on 22nd June's Sunday Dinner Menu??

Seafood Baked Rice
Oven baked Herb Lamb Chops
Cotton Japanese Cheesecake

Lovedddd the baked rice much much as I added in my favourite mentaiko mixture in the rice as well! But I should have added more cream sauce as I felt the rice didn't get enough cream.

1St time making baked rice or... should I say 1st time myself. LOL. Managed to taste Super yumz!!

It's Super easy!

1. Cook whatever ingredients you want with uncooked rice. I added prawns, then mushrooms and crab claw meat! Add salt and pepper to taste. I also added thyme as I Love the smell!!

2. After stir frying for abt 5 mins, transfer to rice cooker and add about 2 garlic cloves.
I only used 1 cuppa rice (cup meaning the cup that comes with e rice cooker cup) So I added about 2 and 1/3rds water.

3. Once rice is cooked, allow to cool before transferring to baked rice ramekin or any oven friendly bowl. Pour over homemade cream sauce * or uncooked mushroom campbell soup over rice and top up with mozzarella+Cheddar cheese.
*I made the cream sauce myself with chicken stock, thick sauce and some cornflour.
Bake for 30mins @ 180degrees.

*Cream Sauce:
Heat thick cream and 1tbsp corn flour. I add in the cream first so texture will be smooth. Add in chicken stock and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste and put aside to thicken and cool.

Tada!!!
So that's my version of seafood baked rice for you!
will share my recipes and baking escapades soon!

Till then, YW

Loving korean prodz PART II

Why can't I find this brand in SG??!!
Sob maxxxxxx
Love their BB creamz!!
I've tried BB creams from Etude, faceshop, nature republic, skin food, missha and even their CC creams but in the end, I'll always end up going back to HANSKIN!!!!
Hanskin gives me the clean bright finish I like and it covers my eye bags!
Best thing is that It's not very thick and patchy it lasts till the end of the day!
So when anyone asks me what I want from Korea when they're going.... hanskin bb cream!!
Awesome!

And now..... I have 4 in hand!!!
Thanks muchie!! (((:

~~PGT~~korean beauty prods rule!

Tried this Korean brand mascara my colleague bought randomly in Korea as she said it was popular in Korea and I'm amazed!
Love it much!
Haven't seen this brand here before but it really does lengthen! Just wish it'd thicken at the same time. Hahahah greedy right!
Go buy it when you're in Korea and I bet It's not expensive! Even the normal brands like Faceshop, Etude, Nature REpublic etc in Korea aren't expensive so this shouldn't be!

It's PGT Palgantong.

Patisserie G

Hello! It's time to blog about food again!
Why am I obsessed with food food and food!!??
How am I gonna slim down this wway?? Gosh!!
But seriously....  it relli doesn't matter cos food makes me HAPPY!!  *happy dance*

Anywayz, headed to Patisserie G @ Millenia for some good dessert and coffee!
And indeed it didn't disappoint! Had two cakes on two different occasions-G Spot and Triomph.

G-Spot is their famous rich choco cake and the Triomph has a burnt caramel kinda taste. Both very different in flavour And nice! The G Spot is rich but light! Loveeeee it! Tried the rose and osmanthus tea and it was indeed refreshing! Favourite!

Coffee is nice but felt that the cup's kinda Small for the price. Maybe It's the rental I guess o(╯□╰)o place can get rather crowded on weekdays and Sats. Quieter on Sunday where u can enjoy your cake and tea quietly.

But all in all, a great place for dessert, tea and coffee!
Thumbs up!
